Instant Pot Lamb Stew

Prep Ingredients: Gather lamb chunks, diced veggies (carrots, onions, potatoes), garlic, herbs (rosemary, thyme), and broth.

Sauté: Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, brown lamb in oil, add onions and garlic until fragrant

Seasoning: Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs over lamb and veggies, stirring for even coating.

Pressure Cook: Pour in broth, seal Instant Pot, set to high pressure for 25 minutes

Natural Release: Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.

Thicken: Optionally, mix cornstarch with water, add to pot, and simmer until thickened.
