Fudgy S'mores Brownies

Gather graham crackers, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter and a bit of sugar. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips for extra fudginess.

Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Ensure the batter reaches the edges of the pan to create a uniform layer over the crust.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
